Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE)
UHMWPE is an engineering plastic with a molecular weight ten times greater than standard polyethylene. This powder-form material is highly moldable, offering exceptional resistance to wear, impact, and abrasion. It is used in various industrial applications, including battery separators, conveyor belts, elevator components, bulletproof vests, climbing ropes, and parachutes. Additionally, IRPC is recognized as the first and only manufacturer of UHMWE in Southeast Asia (ASEAN).
EPS for Construction Expandable Polystyrene
EPS product is a plastic with high insulation properties, lightweight, excellent soundproofing capabilities, and flame retardance. Consequently, it is widely utilized in cold storage and construction industries. In construction, it is employed as a structural component of buildings to enhance energy efficiency, including in walls, ceilings, and building foundations.

Pontoon & Fender
HDPE specialty and EPS products, designed for use in floating solar pontoons, enhance the efficiency of power generation systems and have been tested according to international standards. Additionally, they are utilized in the production of impact-resistant materials for port and dock fenders, which are strong and durable against impact and abrasion.
HDPE for Pipe
Our HDPE plastic is designed for pipe applications, including pressure pipes, trenchless technology pipes, and UV-resistant pipes. It is durable and strong, meeting international quality standards.
PE Adhesive for Metal Coating
Our PE adhesive is specially formulated for metal surface coating. By enhancing the functionality of PE with polar groups, it improves adhesion and can be used as a bonding agent between metal pipes, cabinets, or rails and HDPE.

PS Conductive
Compound
Our conductive grade PS plastic is designed with anti-static properties, making it ideal for the electronics industry. It is commonly used in applications such as chip carrier tape, electronic component trays, and antistatic packaging.
PP Spunbond and PP Meltblown
Our PP plastic innovations are tailored for the medical and hygiene sectors, incorporating PP Spunbond and PP Meltblown materials. These products comply with international standards, featuring low volatile organic compounds (VOCs), and complete phthalate-free throughout the entire process, including the non-phthalate catalyst. Furthermore, we have extended these innovations into nonwoven fabrics through our subsidiary, Innopolymed.
PP phthalate-free plastic
Our PP phthalate-free plastic, produced using our own catalyst and commercially available as the first in Thailand, is ideal for medical and food packaging applications. This innovation promotes public health sustainability and ensures safety for end-users.
